Get Your Massage License in Arizona

Become a massage therapist in Arizona in less than 6 months!

The demand for massage services is at an all-time high and employers are looking for therapists.

How Our Program Works:

The online classes can be taken from any device, including your smartphone. This allows you to jump in and work on your coursework any time. These classes cover business, theory, and science. They can also be taken at your own pace. Finally, there is no semester system and no start or end date for the online courses. If you need extra time for a class because work is busy, then take it. If you have some free time and want to work through an entire course quickly, then you can. The instructors are all licensed massage therapists who will guide you throughout your massage therapy education.

Hands-on training is the essential part of becoming a skilled massage therapist. Licensed Massage Therapist instructors will offer structured learning, supervision, and mentorship. You will do this training at the local  clinics in Arizona, working in a small group of students.

In Arizona, we have partnered with the following clinics / spas to do the hands-on training:

Tucson – Rubs Massage Center

Chandler – Rubs Massage Center

Sedona – NAMTI Spa

Phoenix – coming soon

Scottsdale – coming soon

Flagstaff – coming soon

Prescott – coming soon

Trishia Reed

Trishia Reed

Director of Education - southern Arizona

I was a Restaurant Manager and was pursuing my 200-hour certificate in Yoga in Phoenix when I realized that I was no longer interested in food service. After much thought I realized that yoga and massage therapy went together. I decided to become a massage therapist and attended Cortiva Institute Scottsdale. I was licensed in March 2012 with 750 hours in Massage Therapy. Upon graduation I started working for Cortiva. During my tenure there I was promoted to Front Desk Manager, then promoted to Career Services Manager and moved to Tucson to work at the Cortiva Tucson location.

At the Tucson location I ensured that upon graduation, the students were able to become employed. I worked closely with local employers to place students. Shortly after this, I was promoted to Director of Education and held the two positions until the closing of Cortiva in 2019. During this time, I worked closely with instructors to ensure each student was able to graduate. I worked closely with students with regular check- ins regarding hours, grades and any other items they may have been struggling with. I was able to graduate 45 students prior to the school closing and am still in contact with many of our Cortiva graduates. I love the Massage Industry and believe in the healing benefits of massage. My students always come first and their success is truly my success.
